Overview We are actively seeking a qualified full-time Heavy Equipment Instructor to join our team in Woodland, Washington.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of long-term employment, exemplary oral and written communication skills, and the requisite physical and intellectual capabilities necessary to effectively carry out responsibilities related to heavy equipment operation and classroom instruction.

Responsibilities The role involves heavy equipment operation and classroom instruction, with responsibilities that include maintaining accurate attendance records and training documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience

Must have the ability to communicate with others using oral and written skills

Must have physical, intellectual, and leadership abilities needed to perform the duties of heavy equipment, operator training, and classroom instruction.

Must be team-oriented and results-driven.

Must have a neat and clean appearance

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Qualifications:

• A current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
• Must have at least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
• Ability to work and interact with others
