Position Summary
<p>The purpose of Adult ACT is to meet the needs of individuals who have not been well served by traditional service delivery approaches. Grounded in a recovery-oriented practice, ACT offers evidence-based treatment, rehabilitation, case management, and support services through a mobile, multidisciplinary behavioral health treatment team. The PMHNP will work in collaboration with the Team Leader to oversee individual treatment plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services. This role involves providing psychiatric and medical assessments, treatment, clinical supervision, education, and training to the team.</p>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Monitor individual treatment plans and staff delivery of clinical services.</li>
<li>Conduct psychiatric and medical assessments, along with providing treatment.</li>
<li>Provide clinical supervision, education, and training to the team members.</li>
<li>Offer psychopharmacology services related to the development, maintenance, and supervision of medications for psychiatric and medical purposes, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), clozapine, and Long-Acting Injectables.</li>
<li>Apply your training and experience in prescribing buprenorphine as part of the treatment process.</li>
<li>Adhere to New York State (NYS) practice requirements and ensure all clinical activities comply with regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Practice in accordance with New York State (NYS) practice requirements.</li>
<li>Attend daily team meetings regularly to review client statuses, discuss treatment plans, and coordinate care among team members.</li>
<li>Rotating on-call responsibilities to assist individuals in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention as needed to ensure continuous care and safety.</li>

Requirements
<p><b>Education:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in psychiatric/mental health. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in psychiatric/mental health required</li>
<li>License to practice in the state of New York required</li>
<li>DEA License required</li>
<li>Completed 3600 hours of practice strongly preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a psychiatric clinic nurse specialist and/or psychiatric nurse practitioner preferred</li>
<li>Capacity to participate in the principles and practices of the inter-disciplinary team approach is preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in prescribing psychotropic medications to child/adolescent population based upon multiple diagnoses required</li>
<li>Ability to perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose according to the DSM-IV-TR, participate in and make recommendations to the treatment teams, initiate and prescribe medication treatment based on diagnoses and re-evaluate conditions and medications required</li>
<li>Proficiency in psychopharmacology is crucial, with a commitment to adhering to New York State practice requirements and regulatory standards is essential to ensure compliance and uphold the integrity of clinical activities required</li>
<li>Use of computers and telecommunications to input assessments and progress notes in the agency electronic health record required
</li><li>Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required</li>

<ul> <li>Identify and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while auditing delivery and service results using documented release procedures (using SharePoint, DispatchTrack, BobLink, SAP ER1 and EW1, Outlook) </li><li>Resolve systemic-to-physical inventory inaccuracies through all stages of Supply Chain (including but not limited to distribution, depot and reverse logistics movements) </li><li>Complete manual-override warehouse processes to simulate return, picking, shipping, depot loading transactions for escalated customer issues (held merchandise, go-backs and other critical and time sensitive issues) to increase accuracy/visibility of merchandise and ensure customer satisfaction </li><li>Review and resolve Store/Accounting/Customer Care requests to PGI / PGR documentation </li><li>Sustain advanced knowledge of all distribution, delivery/depot, inventory control procedures and customer account management </li><li>Provide regular feedback to Returns Coordination Supervisor/Manager </li><li>Performs other duties and participates in special projects as required </li></ul> <p><b>Schedule</b>: Full time - Typically Tuesday thru Saturday (Possible Monday/Sunday as business needs) 8.5 hour shift, between hours of 11:30am and 10:30pm, Overtime as needed. Flexibility within shift hours is a must. </p>

<p><b>Compensation</b> </p>

<p>Starting hourly pay at $18.00 - $22.00/hour (Based on experience) </p>

<p><b>Preferred Skills:</b> </p>

<ul> <li>Ability to time-manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy </li><li>Ability to self-motivate and complete daily task requirements/quotas with little to no direct supervision </li><li>Strong reading skills and verbal/written communication and organizational skills </li><li>Working knowledge of Excel (SAP desired but not necessary) </li><li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trends and patterns in inventory transaction data </li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings </li></ul> <p><b>Decision Making Responsibilities: </b>Work is performed within documented practices with significant opportunity for un-reviewed decision making. Decision-making responsibilities are under the supervision of the Returns Coordination Supervisor. </p>

<p><b>Financial Responsibilities: </b>This position will affect customer accounts. Review and changes to a customer's account and inventory may be determined by the Coordinator and must conform to guidelines approved by Returns Coordination Manager. </p>

<p><b>Supervisory Responsibilities: </b>This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide routine information and support to less experienced staff. </p>

<p><b>Training:</b> This position will be provided with on the job training in addition to more departmental or Company training as needed. </p>
