Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination &amp; Administration
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including US and EMEA stakeholders.
Support employer branding initiatives includingcareerspages, LinkedIn job promotion, employee referralcampaignsand recruitment marketing activities.
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring team meetings.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application through offer stage.
Maintainaccuratecandidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support offer generation, onboarding activities, and recruitment-related compliance processes.
Coordinate offer approvals, prepare offer documentation and partner with People Operations to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
Track recruitment activity and ensure all hiring workflows are progressing efficiently.
Produce regular recruitment dashboards,identifyhiringtrendsand highlight opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Support recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day recruitment operations.
Handle confidential candidate and employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment processes,timelinesand best practices
Recruitment Operations &amp; Process Improvement
Partner with teams including HR, People Operations, Legal, Finance, IT, and Hiring Managers to support hiring initiatives and operational excellence.
Ensure recruitment documentationcomplies withGDPR and applicable employment legislation across all hiringjurisdictions
Own the integrity of recruitment data within the ATS, ensuring candidate records, requisitions and hiring workflowsremainaccurateand up to date
Provide first-line support and guidance to hiring managers using the ATS
Gather candidate and hiring manager feedback and recommend improvements to the recruitment experience
Assistin the development, documentation, and maintenance of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and recruitment projects.
Help ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment reporting, workflows, and operational efficiency.</p>

Exposure to international hiring environments, particularly across the US and EMEA.

What you will enjoy doing* You will prepare and evaluate cubicle qualification samples (Tab samples)
Further you will also prepare and evaluate sample parts and customer hardware (Part cut ups) and prepare and evaluate physical properties (e.g. Hardness – Micro and Macro)
You will perform set-ups, and operate a variety of standard lab equipment, while adhering to prescribed methods of operation
You will calibrate and maintain lab equipment is required in this role
Moreover you will order all Met Lab supplies including polishing suspensions, grit paper, etc.

<p>Location: Latin America (remote)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruiting agents globally for language services in over 100 languages, focusing on over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting, translation, transcription, and related services.
Interacting effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and regions, demonstrating comfort with different English accents and proficiency in conducting video and phone meetings.
Conducting tests in English and Spanish.
Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Compiling and organizing candidate and agent data.
Ensuring HR compliance with company policies.
Collaborating with different company departments to achieve department and company goals.
Handling daily administrative and HR duties for the company.</p>

<p>Professional Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in the interpretation field.
Completed college studies.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Expert computer literacy with a wide knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ATS/HRIS to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration and communication.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Native Spanish speaker.
Proficiency in social media and professional network platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.</p>

<p>A day in the life of a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Calendly
The Calendly platform is a monolith that is being decomposed into various services in order for us to scale our platform and team. We need ambitious, experienced engineers who can help us drive this stage of growth. As an engineer at Calendly, you will both build new features and work to scale our platform and architecture. You will build tooling and automation to fine tune our delivery process as you grow into a service oriented specialist. You will also learn to work with multiple technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Go, Typescript, NodeJS, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Rails, to name a few.</p>

<p>What do we need from you?</p>

<p>7-10 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.</p>

<p>Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship production changes across frontend and backend systems</p>

<p>Experience building and maintaining Node.js services that interface with distributed APIs, LLMs, or similar mixed-stack environments.</p>

<p>Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and involvement in monolith-to-services modernization or large-scale refactoring initiatives.</p>

<p>Proven ability to own features end-to-end, including technical discovery, design, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.</p>

<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex systems, identify root causes of issues, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.</p>

<p>A commitment to writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code, with an emphasis on readability, simplicity, and performance.</p>

<p>Adaptability to new technologies, evolving architectural patterns, and changing organizational priorities.</p>

<p>Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as productivity tools, with a clear understanding of generated code and the ability to defend implementation choices.</p>

<p>Availability for participation in an on-call rotation, ensuring timely and effective responses to critical production issues outside of regular working hours.</p>

$224,400 - $271,920 USD
Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range
$205,700 - $249,260 USD
Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range
$187,000 - $226,600 USD
The ranges listed above are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.</p>

<p>Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.</p>

<p>Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits.</p>

<p>Calendly uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:</p>

<p>Tier 1: San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, New York City, NY</p>

<p>Tier 2: Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, PA, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, and all other cities in CA.</p>
