Job Description The Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store Trainee CDL is a touch freight position and is responsible for delivering and rotating stock. Also responsible for merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to Company standards.
What your day will look like:
Transports and unloads products to retail outlets
Responsible for merchandising all product inside the outlet to Company standards
Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success. Establish positive relationships with all customers, as well as providing superior customer service
Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise
Ability to work with all functional team members
Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays
Communicates any store level issue to management
Complies with DOT rules for driving purposes
Maintains rapport with customers
Collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and pallets
Accurate accounting for all cases and customer transactions
Ensure proper care of product, equipment, and route settlement daily
Deliver, rotate, and merchandise product on shelf, displays and all cold equipment
Maintains backstock in an organized manner
Keeps coolers, racks, and shelves clean
Assist with training, coaching, succession planning of any delivery merchandiser trainees
Build strong relationships with customer base across assigned customers
Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed: Minimum of 21 years old
Class A Commercial Driver's License required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
The ability to maintain DOT physical requirements
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively in fast-paced environment
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to self-motivate and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.

<p>Responsibilities
Coordinates marketing efforts for assigned sports, including developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, assisting with advertising campaigns, in-game atmosphere and promotional budgets. Assist with marketing, promotions and game day operations for football and special events. Manage marketing of selected Olympic Sports. Assist in selected areas of media planning, production, advertising, and coordination of videoboards.</p>

<p>Assist with sponsorships and renewal of trade accounts. Coordinate with sales staff to implement contract fulfillment of promotional elements, and assist with identifying new promotional opportunities and inventory, sponsorship opportunities and revenue streams.</p>

<p>Assist with oversight of marketing assistants and student interns. Other duties as assigned.</p>

<p>Design and develop graphics for use on the department*s official website, social media channels, marketing emails and publications that are viewed by 100,000*s of FSU fans and help generate new revenue. Create Infographics for use on-line, socially, with media members and national broadcast TV. Generate content during football games for use on-line and socially. Operate Team Infographics software. Expert Adobe Suite design skills required.</p>

<p>Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.</p>

Position Overview The Universal Teller provides excellent customer service to current and potential members and represents the Credit Union in a positive, professional manner. The Universal Teller will assist current and potential members with inquiries about our products and services and make appropriate recommendations. Universal Tellers work with other departments to find solutions to help members’ financial needs. Your Key Responsibilities Cashes checks and dispenses money after verification of identification, signature, and account balance.
Answering telephone, online, mail, chats and other electronic communication inquiries.
Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at the end of shift to the computer printout of daily transactions.
Cross-sells FCU products to the membership (interest bearing checking accounts, consumer loans, commercial loans etc.).
Conducting loan interviews and obtaining previous credit history of member, as well as other pertinent data that could be used later.
Processing membership and/or checking applications, certificates, IRA’s, payroll, direct deposit, etc.
Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance.
