Clinical Laboratory Technologist Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 06:00 to 14:30.

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in blood bank operations and be proficient across various laboratory specialties including hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry, serology, and limited microbiology. This position demands a fast-paced, detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.

Conduct quality assurance and control procedures to maintain accuracy of test results.

Manage specimen collection and processing according to best practices.

Utilize laboratory information systems for documentation and reporting of results.

Collaborate with clinical staff and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

1+ years of charge experience required.

Charting system experience is required; proficiency in Epic preferred.

Recent blood bank experience is mandatory.

References required covering at least one year of experience.
