Job Description

Essential Functions:

Coaching topics may include learning strategies, time management, exam preparation, and effective study practices.</li>
<li>Evaluates and interprets documentation of disabilities and provides recommendations for accommodations.</li>
<li>Supports the coordination and implementation of approved disability accommodations for students across Wake Forest University, including Reynolda Campus programs, the School of Medicine (MD, PA, Academic Nursing), the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and the WFU Charlotte campus.</li>
<li>Serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for disability accommodations for Wake Forest University School of Law students, ensuring timely implementation of approved accommodations, direct communication with students and faculty, and coordination of other academic accommodations in alignment with CLASS and School of Law policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assists the Assistant Director in managing accommodation requests by gathering documentation and tracking accommodation implementation.</li>
<li>Develop collaborative relationships with School of Law administrators, faculty, and student support staff to facilitate effective implementation of accommodations and promote equitable access for students with disabilities.</li>

You’ll use evidence-based ABA practices to support children and families—and we’ll support you right back.</p><p>Enjoy fully paid medical insurance (yep, no cost to you for employee-only coverage), $700 device stipend, and a low billable hour requirement of just 22 /week. You’ll have the chance to boost your earnings with an additional $80–$90/hour bonus for any hours billed beyond your weekly goal.</p><p>You’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule, splitting your time between remote billable work (like family guidance and treatment planning) and in-clinic collaboration and supervision. You’ll provide in-person supervision per client, with travel up to 30 miles for client sessions and parent training as needed.</p>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments, to identify target behaviors.</li><li>Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.</li><li>Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.</li><li>Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members on intervention strategies.</li><li>Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed to improve outcomes.</li><li>Ensure consistent, accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.</li><li>Analyze treatment data regularly to guide clinical decision‑making and ensure effectiveness.</li><li>Provide ongoing training and support to families, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders in behavioral strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and therapists, to support holistic care.</li><li>Communicate regularly with families to share updates, address behavioral challenges, and offer actionable recommendations.</li></ul>What You’ll Need<ul><li>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field</li><li>Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>Completion of BCBA supervision training</li><li>Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of North Carolina</li></ul>Why Work With Children’s Specialized ABA?<p>We’re an amazing ABA provider!
