<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p>

<ul><li> Responding to radio calls from other departments (Production, Food Safety, Safety, etc.) for maintenance related actions </li><li> Communicating with other departments and maintenance shifts to ensure proper pass down of maintenance issues to the next shift </li><li> Documenting daily assigned work on paper and in the maintenance management system (SAP) </li><li> Troubleshooting and repairing complex problems on all production equipment </li><li> Utilizing parts from inventory to repair equipment and following procedures for documenting parts issued </li><li> Identifying problems and providing suggestions to improve operational processes </li><li> Performing modifications to enhance equipment performance </li><li> Contacting equipment vendors to assist with troubleshooting, researching required parts, and requesting quotes </li><li> Using hand tools to perform maintenance on production machinery </li><li> Ensuring food safety, quality, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping </li><li> Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English </li><li> Ability to perform basic computer tasks </li><li> Must be able to perform basic TIG welding </li></ul>

<p>A Surgical Technicianwho excels in this role: </p>

<ul><li>Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment and supplies.</li><li>Ensures good working order of equipment and instruments.</li><li>Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.</li><li>Passes instruments to physician during surgery.</li><li>Continually accounts for number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery.</li><li>Receives and processes specimens for delivery to the laboratory.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Average pay:</strong> $1,000-$1,500 weekly</p>

<p><strong>Home time:</strong> Daily</p>

<p><strong>Experience:</strong> All CDL holders</p><p>Overview</p>

<ul><li>Have a predictable daily home time work schedule.</li><li>Drive the same out-and-back dedicated route and work with the same customers every day.</li><li>Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks.</li><li>Haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.</li><li>Work with onsite leaders and dispatch.</li></ul><p>Pay and bonus potential</p>

<ul><li>Route and detention pay.</li><li>$10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.</li><li>Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.</li><li>Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.</li><li>Weekly paychecks.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p>

<ul><li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).</li><li>Live within 50 miles of Walton, KY.</li><li>Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.</li></ul>
