Post-acquisition - maintain financial proformas and competition analyses to assess ways to enhance existing communities' performance and report actual performance.</li><li>Land Proforma Submissions With the guidance of Land Acquisition leadership, prepare detailed proformas and land packages with relevant support data for submittal to the Corporate Land Committee to seek approval of new land acquisition transactions. Prepare follow-up analysis and forms necessary to transact said acquisitions.</li><li>Land Search Function With the market priorities defined by Land Acquisition leadership, actively research, analyze, and identify potential land acquisition targets by extensively utilizing mapping and market data software. Maintain a database and prepare reports that identify each acquisition target and track the status of each. Perform preliminary feasibility/financial analysis on identified acquisition targets and present weekly updates and recommendations to Land Acquisition leadership.</li><li>Market Transactional/Entitlement Monitoring Responsible for weekly monitoring of land transaction and entitlement activity in the Division's core markets to include weekly summary and update of notable residential land transactions and notable entitlement activities occurring in the Division's core markets.</li><li>Ad Hoc Projects Assist Land Acquisition leadership with ad hoc projects as needed.</li><li>Market Strategy Assist the Land Acquisition team in preparing the Land Acquisition Strategy annually. Position Overview:
<p>Operate, maintain and perform repairs on assigned building mechanical equipment and controls, chilled water systems, heat exchangers, variable volume air systems (VAV), DDC controls, refrigeration equipment and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in such manner as to ensure optimal relations.</p>

<li>Provide physical therapy services to patient according to a written physician's plan of care. This may include, but will not be limited to:<ul>

<li>Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and refers as appropriate</li>

Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Engage directly with customers to understand needs and present wireless communication solutions that address business challenges</li>
<li>Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design</li>
<li>Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage to enhance connectivity</li>
<li>Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer requirements</li>
<li>Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales activities</li>
<li>Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed</li>
<li>Leverage AI productivity tools (including generative AI platforms such as Claude) to accelerate solution development, tailor customer presentations, and streamline internal workflows in support of sales team objectives</li>
<li>Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with Government Sr. Manager and Account Executives as well as key government stakeholders; maintain high responsiveness and serve as the go-to technical partner across all active opportunities in the territory</li>
