<p>Sepro America is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Parts Support Coordinator to support our Parts team and customers. This position manages incoming parts inquiries, prepares customer quotations, maintains accurate records, and coordinates information so requests continue moving. </p>

<p>Position Details </p>

<p>Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania (onsite) </p>

<p>Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. </p>

<p>Key Responsibilities </p>

<p>Respond to customer parts inquiries by phone and email and direct each request to the appropriate Parts team member. </p>

<p>Required Qualifications </p>

<p>Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities. </p>

<p>Ability to gather missing information, use sound judgment, and route customer needs appropriately. </p>

<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software tools. </p>

<p>Experience preparing customer quotations and performing accurate data entry; familiarity with ERP systems is strongly preferred. </p>
