Associate Dentist Mentorship | Partnership Opportunity

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Status: Full-Time | 45 days per week

Compensation: $220,000 - $350,000+

Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day

Highlights: Mentorship | Clinical Autonomy | Partnership Pathway

Why Youll Love Working Here

Join our team at Boss Dental Care and step into a full partner-level private practice. This is a rare opportunity to join an established and high-performing practice where you will benefit from immediate patient flow and a clearly defined transition. You will inherit a full schedule from a retiring partner through a structured handoff. This role has consistently generated approximately $900,000 annually within our $2.8 million two-doctor practice. Since this is not a build-from-scratch position, you are entering a fully realized system with strong hygiene support and consistent patient demand from day one.

Boss Dental Care is a long-standing and highly respected private practice that has served the Corpus Christi community for over 40 years. Led by Dr. Jason Packard in partnership with Dr. Boss, our practice is built on the simple and powerful philosophy of doing what is right for our patients every time. We operate without pressure or corporate influence. Our focus remains on honest and conservative dentistry rooted in integrity and long-term trust. We prioritize clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships to ensure the highest standard of care.

You will not be asked to generate your own patient base or compete internally for production. Instead, you can focus on dentistry and building genuine relationships with patients while operating at a high level from your first day. Our team of assistants, hygienists, and front office staff is highly competent and aligned with our practice values. Our systems are efficient, and patient flow is consistent with new patients coming almost entirely from word-of-mouth referrals. This creates a predictable schedule that allows you to focus on patient care without chaos or micromanagement.

Mentorship at our practice is both real and intentional. Dr. Packard provides hands-on guidance when it matters and offers autonomy when it is appropriate. He is deeply invested in helping the right associate grow clinically by focusing on treatment planning, case decision-making, and skill expansion over time. Our approach is collaborative and mirrors how he was trained himself through thoughtful feedback and consistent support. To ensure clinical excellence and efficiency, we utilize a wide range of advanced technology. Our office is equipped with CBCT, scanners, CAD CAM, 3D printing, and lasers. We also use AI-supported clinical notes to help you provide the highest-quality care for our patients.

Our practice is stable and profitable with overhead under 50% and no debt-driven pressure. Producing $2.8 million annually as a two-doctor office, we operate from a position of genuine strength. For a dentist interested in becoming a future partner, we offer a path toward ownership as we build our long-term future without rushed promises or artificial timelines. This creates a unique opportunity to experience a high-level private practice while determining if a partnership is the right fit for you over time. This role is an excellent fit for a dentist who values ethical, conservative care and takes pride in doing things right. We are looking for someone who wants to build trust with patients over time. This is not a fit for dentists who prefer aggressive treatment planning or high-pressure environments where selling dentistry is the norm.

Located in Corpus Christi, we enjoy a coastal lifestyle that is unique to this part of Texas. Our area offers easy access to the beach and year-round warm weather, with plenty of outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, and water sports. The cost of living is significantly lower than in most major metro areas, making homeownership and financial freedom much easier to achieve. Traffic is minimal, and commutes are short, so life moves at a more sustainable pace. This location is a great fit for someone who wants more time outside of work and a community-oriented lifestyle without sacrificing professional opportunity. Our city provides the space to breathe and a quality of life that is hard to beat.

What We Value

Integrity We believe dentistry should never be sold. We educate patients on their options and the long-term implications so they can make informed decisions without pressure. Trust is earned over time, and we protect it fiercely.

Doing Things Right Quality always comes first. We value dentistry done correctly the first time through thoughtful planning and attention to detail. Shortcuts and rushed work are not part of our standard.

Ownership & Initiative Our team members take full responsibility for their work and their patients. We trust our associates with autonomy and expect them to manage their cases with pride. This is a practice for self-directed professionals who do not need micromanagement.

Team Respect We operate as a true team where doctors and staff work collaboratively. Ego and drama do not last here because clear communication and mutual respect are non-negotiable.

Calm, Professional Leadership We value steady and thoughtful decision-making. Challenges are handled with composure and logic rather than emotion. This calm presence helps protect our culture and the patient experience.

What Youll Do

Provide high-quality restorative dentistry

Take ownership of an established patient base and manage cases from diagnosis through completion

Communicate treatment options clearly and conservatively, without overselling or pressure

Work closely with a skilled, supportive clinical team in a highly organized practice

Grow clinically through mentorship and expanded procedures as desired

Compensation

  • 34% of production

  • Daily guarantee of $1,000/day for the first 6 months

Benefits

We offer a benefits package designed to support your financial well-being, professional growth, and long-term security. Key offerings include:

  • 401(k): Safe Harbor

  • Dental care

  • Malpractice coverage

  • Partnership opportunity

Why This Job Stands Out

Immediate Patient Flow You will step into a full patient load inherited from a retiring partner who practiced for 40 years and produced around $900,000 annually. This is a well-established two-doctor practice producing $2.8 million each year. Your schedule will be meaningful and clinically engaging from day one, allowing you to focus on dentistry rather than marketing yourself.

True Clinical Autonomy We trust you to practice within your competencies without constant oversight. There are no restrictions on procedures you are capable of performing. We encourage your professional growth rather than limiting it.
