The ideal candidate lives in Northern California and is willing and excited to get out and meet with clients in person, based on client needs.<br><br>The Senior Wealth Advisor, Practice Lead plays a vital role in helping Empowers Personal Strategy clients achieve long-term financial success by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for mass affluent households, focusing on clients in the Greater San Francisco Bay area.
This role is focused on retaining and growing net assets over time by delivering proactive, tailored financial advice through a highly personal and strategic approach that is Easy, Personal and Enlightening.
This role requires a natural leader—someone who can confidently serve as the lead advisor within a dedicated client practice team, which includes a Wealth Advisor and a Client Experience Specialist. While not a people management position, this role will set the tone for how the team shows up for clients: leading with empathy, clarity, and insight to deliver a first-class experience.

What You Will Do
Serve as the lead advisor within a dedicated client team, working in close collaboration with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist to build lasting relationships with a dedicated book of Empower clients<br><br>Provide a first-in-class client experience servicing needs related to client onboarding, financial planning, and investor education<br><br>Comprehensive relationship management to be conducted via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Base Salary Range
$104,800.00 - $148,075.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

We are looking for someone (like you):
To be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building. Be active in the department, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided.
To be a Force on the Floor: A good leader sets a good example: Be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of a resident first.
To be a Diligent Documenter: Resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents should be completed accurately and efficiently, and filed correctly.
To be a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for.
What are we looking for?
You must have currentLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment
You will have thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations
You will have comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law
You will have knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
You may have experience in hands-on care of memory impaired residents is preferred, but not required.
You may have experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as it is preferred, but not required.
You can read, write, understand and communicate in English with our Residents!
You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
