Employment type:<br><br>Full time<br><br>What you’ll be working on:<br><br>Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states<br><br>Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:<br><br>Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:<br><br>2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting<br><br>Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus<br><br>One Medical providers also demonstrate:<br><br>A passion for human-centered primary care
The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds

Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. POSITION SUMMARY
At the administrative direction of the Radiology Director and Radiology Manager, and the clinical direction of the Radiologist / Radiology Supervisor or MRI Supervisor, our MRI Xray Tech independently performs procedures MRI imaging with minimum supervision. Our XRay MRI technologists are expected to have flexibility to cross train in other Diagnostic Imaging modalities based upon departmental staffing needs.<br><br>BASIC KNOWLEDGE
On the job training will be performed under the supervision of a radiologist. Employees who are cross-trained in more than one DI modality are responsible for all aspects of the job descriptions in each separate modality. Competencies in each modality must be kept at adequate levels of performance for each area, and necessary documentation, including certification renewals, must take place on a yearly basis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
ARRT and Vermont State license required.
Advanced MRI Certification preferred.
HOURS/CALL
This position is scheduled for shifts Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm. As a 72 hour per pay period position, there is one scheduled day off during each two-week pay period.
Rotating weekends is for an on-call rotation only - every 5th weekend.
