What you’ll be working on:

Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:

2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting

Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

This is a full-time role based in Berkeley, CA at our Berkeley Shattuck office. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Perinatal LNA/Technician - Women & Children's Unit

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision and/or direction of the Registered Nurse, Surgeon and Anesthesia provider the Perinatal Technician performs various direct and indirect patient care activities in accordance with the Nursing Department policies and procedures.

The Perinatal Technician is able to assist with the care of any hospitalized patient and a variety of functions related to patient registration, guest relations, order entry and supply management. The Perinatal LNA II/Technician assists surgeons by scrubbing for cesarean section cases

and performs a variety of other duties related to preparing for the surgical patient and maintaining the OR environment.

These duties are primarily performed in the Women and Children’s Unit and Perioperative Services and upon request in other nursing units in the hospital. EDUCATION: Requires graduation from high school or equivalent.

Employees who are cross-trained in more than one DI modality are responsible for all aspects of the job descriptions in each separate modality.
